and conditions when registering/ enrolling/ attending our courses:
Registering and attending any of our In person (face to face) and Live virtual training:
By registering and attending this event you agree, acknowledge and understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event by either VisitEngland and/or VisitBritain and/or other attendees, for either VisitEngland's and/or VisitBritain’s use in accordance with their Privacy Policy and/or the attendees own personal and/or business purposes (in all cases (including without limitation) used and/or shared on social and online platforms).
Virtual live sessions/ Webinars:
By registering and attending our virtual live training sessions/ Webinars, you agree to the session being recorded, and shared on our learning portal with VisitBritain and/or VisitEngland, the participating group of the virtual session you attended and you further agree to your details being held in accordance to our Privacy Policy.
Course Cancellation/ No Show fee:
We offer our In-Person training sessions free of charge, however in the case of a no show, or cancellation within five working days of the event, VisitEngland will invoice £25 per person to cover costs.
